Key Highlights are:

  • Cohort based coaching with monthly ½ day cohort sessions
  • After the first two sessions – cohort defines session topics
  • Typically designed to have leaders from different parts of organization with approx. 8-12 leaders in the cohort
  • Group picks one or two projects that are challenges in the organization or a new product / service that they want to take to market and deliver as part of the LEAP program.

Learning Objectives:

Ultimately leaders will come to a point where they are faced with the question: What next? Perhaps they are struggling with a career move that has increased rewards but more pressure and demands on time. The leader may have “lost his or her smile.” The leader is not happy and is searching for a better fit inside or outside the organization. Perhaps a cut in personnel or the failure to ascend to the next level of leadership has caused the leader to explore options. For many reasons, helping a leader make the right career or life choice can be a profound coaching experience. This module addresses these issues.
Desired Outcome:
The leader client has identified the life or career criteria that enables him or her to look objectively at his or her career or life options.
