Sales Profile

Introduction

Taylor, have you ever wondered why connecting with some customers is easier for you than with others?

Maybe you’ve noticed that you have an easier time working with customers who are interested in competency and want to be well-informed.

Or, maybe you’d rather interact with customers who take an efficient, professional approach than those want to engage in small talk or unproductive conversation.

Or, perhaps you relate best to customers who are naturally more skeptical than accepting.

Welcome to Everything DiSC® Sales! The DiSC® model is a simple tool that’s been helping people connect better for over thirty years. This report uses your individual assessment data to provide a wealth of information about your sales priorities and preferences. In addition, you’ll learn how to connect better with customers whose priorities and preferences differ from yours.

Cornerstone Principles

  • All DiSC styles are equally valuable and everyone is a blend of all four styles.
  • Your DiSC style is also influenced by other factors such as life experiences, education, and maturity.
  • Understanding yourself better is the first step to becoming more effective when working with others.
  • Learning about other people’s DiSC styles can help you understand their priorities and how they may differ from your own.
  • You can improve the quality of your sales interactions by using DiSC to build more effective relationships.

Leading Inside Out

Program Outcomes

Firmly rooted leadership values—integrity, commitment, and clear values—may occur naturally sometimes, but most leaders are too busy to stop and think about the inner roots of quality leadership. Leading Inside Out is an intense experience that resets leaders to think more deeply and commit to their values and beliefs. LIO enables leaders to become the kind of leader that others want to follow by:

  • Understanding what it means to lead
  • Establishing their leadership foundation
  • Meeting their leadership challenges
  • Meeting the expectations of those they serve

Approach

Leading Inside Out is a simple but powerful program. It is an intense one-and-a-half day experience of facing the challenges of leadership in order to realize the basis of an approach to inner leadership.

During the session, best practices in instructional design, process facilitation, and adult learning are utilized to create a dynamic learning environment, including individual reflection, small- and large-group discussions, planning, and application exercises.

The program can be enhanced by an (optional) Management Alignment session where senior leadership demonstrates support for this grounded approach. Some companies find it more effective to put the senior leadership team through LIO first.

Leading Inside Out can be delivered for larger companies it may be more efficient and effective to develop a group of facilitators who can implement a large program and provide ongoing support.

Enabling Improved Performance

Leading Inside Out provides a strong beginning, but what follows to sustain the changed perspective and performance needs to be organic to the organization. LIO strongly encourages leaders to share the Leadership Framework created in the program with their people to enhance accountability and to bring clarity of vision, values, and direction. Optimally, senior leaders who attend LIO to lead by example will also share their Leadership Framework with their managers and others. In some organizations, participants’ managers schedule conversations soon after LIO and at regular intervals.

Cultivate your Leader (1 day)

Business Need:

Great companies create a Culture of Engagement with all employees aligned to Corporate Values and Goals such that employees body language and words change from “they” to “we” and they dedicate themselves to the same cause to achieve common successes.

Unfortunately, most companies fail to create an environment where corporate goals trickle down to the lowest person in the organization and most employees cannot even name their company’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Solution Overview:

The proposed solution is a fusion of proven Leadership development principles coupled with mobile application to help individuals understand the importance of Values and Goals as well as techniques to become more productive.  The values and Goals are also aligned with corporate Goals and Values.

Participants not only rediscover corporate goals and values, but also see how corporate goals and values align with their individual goals and values.  Mobile technology is then leveraged to keep track of goals, values, tasks, etc. in such a way that participants get to practice the class learning every day till they develop habits to become a more effective and efficient leader.

5 Behaviors Cohesive Team (2 D) –Wiley

Session Overview

As much as it takes to build a cohesive team, the process does not have to be complicated. In fact, keeping it simple is critical. Based on the best- selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, this report is designed to provide a clear, concise, and practical guide to improve your team.

Quite simply, a cohesive team needs to master five behaviors; building trust, mastering conflict, achieving commitment, embracing accountability, and focusing on results. Before you begin, bear in mind that

  • Each behavior builds on the previous one, so the behaviors should not be addressed in isolation of one another
  • Team member needs to have a meaningful understanding of themselves and their peers, which is why this report is reinforced by DISC, a powerful behavioral tool that has been helping people connect better for years.

Objectives

The program helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members—based on the Everything DiSC® model—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

  • A productive, high-functioning team:
  • Makes better, faster decisions
  • Taps into the skills and opinions of all members
  • Avoids wasting time and energy on politics, confusion and destructive conflict
  • Avoids wasting time talking about the wrong issues and revisiting the same topics over and over again because of a lack of buy-in
  • Creates a competitive advantage
  • Is more fun to be on!
